Our team has 19 years of proven experience working on project pursuits, primarily in the heavy civil transportation sector, ranging from $3,000 to $600 million. Our goal is the same for every project: to win it for the client!

TerraScribe works with our clients to ensure they are submitting a complete and professional document to the appropriate granting agency. We work as a team to ensure that the grant is submitted on time with a compelling story.
TerraScribe has the technical expertise to review environmental documents for grammar and sentence structure as well as completeness. We will also help compile and submit the documents to the appropriate agency.

OUR TEAM
Georgia Sullivan has delivered winning proposals, noticeable resumes and persuasive grants for the past 17 years. She brings a strategic approach to each project with a background in marketing and advertising. Her expertise is in the heavy civil arena with an emphasis on transportation and other civil projects. Georgia has worked with clients in Utah, Nevada, Texas, and Maryland and has submitted proposals to public entities throughout the country. She is well versed in the requirements of design-build, CMGC/CMAR and other contracting formats.
Kelly Good is a geologist by training with experience in environmental assessments and fieldwork. Her technical and scientific background brings a unique perspective to the writing process. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including chemical manufacturers, small local airports, food service providers, and utility companies. She has collaborated on environmental reports and study plans for submittal to various state and federal agencies.
